Returns

Due to the nature of hair care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thehealthyhairlab@outlook.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement.
